Meet The Provider

Dr. OluwaTosin "Tosin" Adebiyi DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Tosin Adebiyi is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP) from the University of South Alabama. She has many years of mental health experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is dedicated to helping others achieve their best and she enjoys teaching and mentoring others. She serves as a preceptor to many PMHNP students. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family.

What to expect during my first visit ?

  • Your mental health is our priority, therefore, it is important to us that we make your first visit as smooth and successful as possible. 

  • We will meet with you for an extensive interview and psychiatric evaluation in which we will gather some information such as your history, symptoms, and other information to address your reason for visit. We will then determine the best plan of action to move forward.

  • We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes earlier so that you can fill out any necessary new patient paperwork (if you have not done so prior ).

  • Please submit your ID and your form of payment

  • Bring a list of  current medications with dosage, date started, reason for taking it and the who prescribed it

  • Bring any information regarding past history/ diagnosis and current primary care
